1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or received in a broken condition
- The wrong product, size, or model was delivered
- Essential parts or accessories are missing
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact
2. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Damage caused due to improper installation or handling
- Used, installed, or altered products
- Minor variations in fabric texture, color tone, or size within acceptable manufacturing tolerance
- Customized or made-to-order projector screens
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

- Share clear unboxing video and product images as proof
- Our team will verify the request within 1–2 business days
- Approved returns will be scheduled for pickup or self-shipping instructions will be provided
4. Replacement Policy
- Eligible damaged or defective products will be replaced at no extra cost
- Replacement will be dispatched after the returned product passes quality inspection
- If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be processed
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in the following situations:
- Replacement is not available
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Return approved after inspection
Refund timeline:

- Cash on Delivery orders — refunded via bank transfer or wallet within 5–10 business days
